Additionally, the outdoor pool is unheated, which was a letdown for my kids, as they couldn't enjoy it due to water temperature restrictions. The parking situation leaves a lot to be desired, with limited spots available. The smoking area right by the entrance makes it unpleasant to walk past clouds of smoke when entering or exiting the building, clashing with the non-smoking vibe of the rooms. The doors in our suite didn't latch well, letting in light and noise, and some furniture placement made moving through the rooms a bit tricky.
